Job Title: Support Engineer

SonarSource SA is seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team. As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional technical support and guidance on the use of our Sonar products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via our support portal, email, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with our sales and consulting teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Work closely with our product teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our Sonar products, including their features, functionality, and technical requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our support processes and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in software support, maintenance, or delivery.
  • 2+ years of experience using or administering DevOps pipelines, including SCM, IDE, CI, and cloud-based software deployment platforms.
  • Strong investigation skills, with the ability to understand complex technical issues and reproduce scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and product teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
