About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team at SonarSource SA. As a Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing top-notch technical support and guidance on the use of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level technical support to customers via our support portal, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with our sales and consulting teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize the value of our services.
  • Contribute to the development of our products by providing feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in software engineering, DevOps, and code quality to ensure our customers receive the best possible support.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional technical support and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code quality, security, and DevOps.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, such as SCM, IDE, CI, and cloud-based software deployment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
