Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. As a Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and Level 1 and 2 assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support and Level 1 and 2 assistance to clients, including on-site and remote support for hardware and software issues.
- Task Tracking: Utilize ServiceNow for task tracking and depot management to ensure efficient and effective support delivery.
- Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange: Troubleshoot and manage Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange, including tasks related to user accounts, permissions, access, distribution lists, and shared folder creation.
- Meeting Room Support: Configure and support meeting rooms, including VIP support for daily conferences, large meetings, and town halls.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in supporting desktops, VDI, phones (Cisco, iPhone, Android), and a wide range of software, hardware, networking, and remote access issues.
- Market Applications: Expertise in market applications such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv.
- Tools and Technologies: Solid experience with tools like ServiceNow for task tracking and depot management.
- Communication and Documentation: Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the capacity to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
