Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in supporting desktops, VDI, phones, and a wide range of software, hardware, networking, and remote access issues.
- Market Applications: Expertise in market applications, including Bloomberg and Refinitiv.
- ServiceNow: Solid experience with tools like ServiceNow for task tracking and depot management.
- Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange: Strong understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
- Meeting Room Systems: Proven ability to configure and support meeting room systems, including integration of Polycom devices and MS Teams.
- Communication and Documentation: Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the capacity to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, ensuring that both technical issues and user needs are addressed effectively and efficiently.
