Business Developer and Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Business Developer and Sales Coordinator for Switzerland Area located in Zurich area.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Unit Manager to achieve sales targets in mass market/middle market and provide administrative support to ensure efficient sales processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients within target segments and promoting services to achieve set sales targets;
  • Coordinating sales-related meetings, appointments, and events;
  • Managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system;
  • Preparing sales proposals, presentations, and materials;
  • Providing customer support and resolving inquiries;
  • Analyzing sales data to provide insights to the Business Unit Manager;
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications;
  • Familiarity with the certification industry will be strongly preferred;
  • Candidates should communicate confidently in English and have a good understanding of German and French languages.
