At Ginetta, we're seeking a seasoned Business Developer to drive new business growth and expand our client base. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, positioning Ginetta as a key partner in digital business, and leading business development efforts to forge valuable partnerships that drive growth for both our clients and our team.
We're one of the leading digital agencies in Switzerland, with a portfolio that includes web experiences for globally recognized brands and some of the most successful mobile apps in the country, such as SBB and TWINT. If you have a passion for digital products and projects, and a track record in business development or sales roles, we'd love to hear from you.
- 4+ years experience in working at digital agencies, consulting firms or creative agencies in Switzerland
- Deep understanding of client goals & challenges in the context of digital products and projects
- Expertise in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, driving the initial stages of the sales cycle
- Understanding of digital products and digital technology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in German and English)
