Strategic Market Development and Team Leadership Role

The Sales & Branch Manager position offers a dynamic responsibility for driving strategic market development, cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing effective sales management. This role involves leading a committed team of 7 direct and 10 indirect employees.

  • Leading, supporting and developing the team
  • Collaboration with local management teams, management and external partners
  • Sales leadership
  • Overall responsibility for customer service
  • Business development through brand expansion with events, guest appearances and other sales-promoting measures

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional with more than five years of management experience and knowledge of the parking market. A business-orientated degree is desirable, along with technical affinity and experience with modern hardware and software architectures.

The successful candidate will have basic business knowledge, including budgeting and KPI management. Additional qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of ICT, data networks and electronic payment systems
  • Customer orientation and experience in customer relationship management
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English and knowledge of German, especially for internal use, is desirable
  • Personal skills: organisational skills, personal responsibility, creativity, goal orientation and performance orientation

We offer an attractive salary of around CHF 120,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding top talent.
