Strategic Sales Professional for Construction Industry

This position offers a unique opportunity to join Abilect SA, a Swiss-based company with operations in Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and now the United States, as a results-driven sales agent. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
The successful candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Presents, promotes, and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships
- Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieves agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinates sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyzes the territory/market's potential, tracks sales, and status reports
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Stays up-to-date with best practices and promotional trends
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field
The salary is composed of a fixed component and commission on sales. This role offers a competitive compensation package with opportunities for advancement. A bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field is required. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in the construction industry and a proven track record in sales. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
