Senior Sales Specialist

This position is part of our expansion into the US market, aiming to revolutionize the construction industry.
We are seeking a results-driven sales agent with excellent interpersonal skills to engage customer prospects and provide complete solutions for customer growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer needs
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite customer problem resolution
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
- Track sales and status reports
- Supply management with customer reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
