Executive Assistant to the CEO

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating executive-level interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring timely and effective scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare correspondence, and compile documents for meetings.
  • Facilitate executive committee and board meetings, as well as off-site events.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, follow up on concerns, and determine appropriate courses of action.
  • Coordinate external relations efforts and maintain confidentiality.
  • Produce deliverables that facilitate the CEO's ability to lead the company.
  • Maintain all CEO files and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and stakeholders.
  • Organize assistant team meetings and facilitate a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and commercial apprenticeship required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-Level executives in a corporate environment.
  • German and English as mother tongue or C2 level.
  • Additional language skills a plus.
