Job Description

At Randstad, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support in migration processes, including the preparation and printing of documents.
  • Collect wet signatures, upload documents to the e-archive, and maintain physical archives.
  • Manage relationships with outsource archiving companies.
Requirements:
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the commercial field.
  • First professional experience in the commercial field.
  • Desirable experience in migration processes.
  • Excellent IT skills in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
  • Precise and reliable working style, with discretion when handling sensitive HR data.
  • Excellent English and German language skills, both spoken and written.
