We are looking for a HR Assistant to join us in Zug -** please note this role is a fixed term contract for 12 months**.
**About the role**
In this role as a HR Assistant you will:
- Provide administrative support to employees and local HR team to help deliver excellent service to employees
- Assist HR, managers and employees with enquiries related to HR Systems
- Ensure a consistent approach to HR activities and initiatives within regional and global policies/legal requirements, whilst adhering to local statutory requirements and legislation.
- Compile and submit monthly payroll file to central payroll team
- Ensure all local employee data is maintained accurately on the HR team databases, in particular the employee database and movement spreadsheets
- Participate in regional or global projects as required
- Support the Regional HR Lead, Switzerland, France, Benelux & Nordics as required
**About You**
You are fit for the role of a HR assistant if you have:
- Experience within an administration role ideally in a global or regional matrix organization
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work in teams
- Experience dealing with sensitive information with the ability to work in a confidential manner
- Extremely high level of attention to detail and precise working style
- Can do attitude with a focus on superb service delivery and solution oriented
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent spoken and written English, German language skills is a plus
