Dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the RoleAs a Tender Desk Specialist at Randstad, you will play a critical role in serving our biggest clients and prospects by providing seamless end-to-end administration. You will be the right-hand person of the Head of Key Account & Tender Desk for Randstad Switzerland and responsible for ensuring that RFPs are answered comprehensively, accurately, and punctually. You will also liaise with Randstad Enterprise Strategic Customers and support business development in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to national and international tenders (RFI, RFP, RFQ) in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage a quotation database and Tender intelligence dashboard to stay ahead of the competition.
- Independently address inquiries from Enterprise level customers and provide market information with clarity and precision.
- Create compelling customer presentations and initial solution designs to meet customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with various internal and external interfaces, including colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Perform translations German-English/English-German as needed.
- Support internal employees with queries related to TOP 40 accounts in Switzerland, offer guidance, and assistance per need.
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information impacting the market.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of hands-on execution and leadership in administrative matters and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have:
- 5 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship management.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to set up standardized processes and structures to run a smooth execution.
- A rational way of working with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- The ability to cope with work pressure and last-minute changes.
- An autonomous way of working in a matrix environment and collaborative mindset.
- A high commercial awareness, with a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
