- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our software products and platforms, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our marketing, product development, and other departments to develop sales strategies and plans that drive growth and enhance product development.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between clients and our development team, gathering feedback on product usage, features requests, or issues and communicating this feedback to inform product improvements or new product development.
- Proposal and Contract Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to potential clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of the legal and financial aspects of sales agreements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the software industry, informing our sales strategies and product development.
- Training and Support: Provide initial training and ongoing support to clients for complex software products, coordinating with our technical support team as needed.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients and stakeholders, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on sales targets, achieved sales, pipeline development, and client feedback, informing our business strategies.
- A strong network and multiple years of experience in sales and account management within the software industry.
