We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Pixel Plus AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the software industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software industry, leveraging your expertise to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services and products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our software products and platforms, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our marketing, product development, and other departments to develop sales strategies and plans that drive growth and enhance product development.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between clients and our development team, gathering feedback on product usage, features requests, or issues and communicating this feedback to inform product improvements or new product development.
  • Proposal and Contract Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to potential clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of the legal and financial aspects of sales agreements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the software industry, informing our sales strategies and product development.
  • Training and Support: Provide initial training and ongoing support to clients for complex software products, coordinating with our technical support team as needed.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients and stakeholders, utilizing your excellent communication and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on sales targets, achieved sales, pipeline development, and client feedback, informing our business strategies.
Requirements
  • A strong network and multiple years of experience in sales and account management within the software industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong understanding of software platforms and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in German is a must, with additional languages being a plus.
