Software Platforms Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Platforms Account Manager to join our team at Pixel Plus AG. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the software industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition and Sales: Identify potential clients in the software industry and develop strategies to acquire new business.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction with our software solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our software products and platforms to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our marketing and product development teams to develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a bridge between clients and our development team to gather feedback on product usage and inform product improvements.
- Proposal and Contract Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the software industry.
- Training and Support: Provide initial training and ongoing support to clients for complex software products.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms with clients and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Regularly report to senior management on sales targets, achieved sales, pipeline development, and client feedback.
- Strong network and multiple years of experience in sales and account management within the software industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in German is a must, additional languages are a plus.
