Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Institutional Operations Services Officer to join our Middle-Office department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating operational requests for institutional clients, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Supporting client onboarding and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Facilitating collaboration between front desks and Back-Office teams to drive operational efficiency
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Providing training and guidance to colleagues on operational procedures and best practices
  • Coordinating projects between Software Engineering and Back-Office teams to drive process improvements
  • Managing transfer requests for institutional clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Back-office Service, with a strong understanding of operational processes
  • Excellent knowledge of Cash and/or OST systems, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
  • Fluency in French and very good command of English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technical tools
