We are seeking a highly skilled Institutional Operations Services Officer to join our Middle-Office department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our institutional and AM clients, ensuring seamless operational requests and issues are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate operational requests and issues for institutional clients, working closely with client service desks and Back-Office teams.
- Support the on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients and improving customer satisfaction.
- Develop relationships with clients, focusing on client-centricity and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the Software Engineering department and Back-Office teams to coordinate projects and ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate transfer requests for large institutional clients, liaising with the Securities Specialist, Settlement team, Payments Team, and Middle office.
- Experience in a Back-office Service environment.
- Good knowledge of Cash and/or OST.
- Fluency in French and excellent command of English.
- Stress-resistant and able to learn quickly.
- Ability to assume multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, reliability, and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word) and interest in technical tools.
