Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne passionnée par la gestion de données pour rejoindre notre équipe de Client Onboarding & Administration.
Vos missions principales seront :
- Analysé et investigué la documentation juridique et fiscale des dossiers personnes physiques (AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS) ;
- Saisi des ouvertures de comptes par correspondance, en ligne ou par vidéo conférence ;
- Collaboré étroitement avec les services Compliance et Business Operations ;
- Interagis avec les chargés de relations.
Vous devez justifier d'une expérience confirmée dans un service administratif, de préférence dans le domaine banque-assurance ou encore au sein d'une société fiduciaire et/ou avoir des connaissances dans les diverses réglementations bancaires.
Nous recherchons une personne méthodique, rigoureuse et sachant travailler dans un environnement exigeant.
Vous devez avoir une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) et une personnalité ouverte, sens du service vis-à-vis des clients internes.
