Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlement Officer to join our Back-Office team. As a key member of our Institutional Settlement team, you will be responsible for processing transfer operations, trades, and other financial transactions. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution and reconciliation of transactions, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Process transfer operations, including financial products and global markets transactions
• Process trades, including financial products and global markets transactions
• Migrate data and perform physical share processing
• Investigate and resolve transfer-related issues
• Provide front-office and customer care support
• Monitor and maintain daily contacts with counterparts and custodians
• Utilize SWIFT messages MT54* and other internal tools

Requirements

• Certified Financial Center (CFC) in a banking environment
• Experience in a back-office setting, with knowledge of SWIFT
• Fluent in French, with good command of English; German a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Pack (Excel, Word) and technical tools
• Stress-resistant and strong learning capacity
• Team player with a dynamic and adaptable mindset
