Key Responsibilities- Financial Operations: Process transfer operations, global markets (RFP and DFP), trades (all kind of financial products), global markets (RVP and DVP), migrations, and physical shares.
- Shareholder Register Management: Maintain and update shareholder registers.
- Investigation and Support: Investigate and resolve any transfer-related issues, provide front-office/Customer Care support, and engage in daily contacts and monitoring with counterparts and custodians.
- Technical Skills: Utilize SWIFT messages MT54*, Telekurs, GTMatch, GTExchange, Keylink, and internal tools.
- Qualifications: Hold a Certificate of Financial Competence (CFC) in a banking environment as a minimum.
- Experience: Possess experience in a back-office environment, with knowledge of SWIFT a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluently speak French, with good command of English; German a plus.
- Technical Skills: Master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word) and be interested in technical tools.
- Personal Qualities: Be stress-resistant, have a good learning capacity, and be a team player.
