Enterprise Sales Professional

Splunk Inc. is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Switzerland. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building a strong pipeline and maximizing software sales within large enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently deliver on revenue targets, with a focus on predictable and accurate forecasting.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans, leveraging named accounts and opportunity management to drive business growth.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with customers, emphasizing the value and ROI of our solutions.
- Effectively collaborate with Sales Engineering, Business Value Advisors, and Professional Services resources to drive sales success.
- Leverage our partner ecosystem to expand our reach and drive business growth.
- Utilize our sales methodology and processes to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, with a focus on open communication and information sharing.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
- 5-7 years of direct selling experience in the Swiss IT market.
- Proven track record of software sales success in Security, IT Operations, DevOps, and/or Data Analytics.
- Ability to close large and complex software licensing deals.
- Solid business relationships with existing target accounts, including global manufacturing companies.
- Exceptional management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
- Innovative, passionate, open, and disruptive mindset, with a focus on driving business growth.
- Able to work independently and remotely from other team members and corporate resources.
- Proficient in CRM systems, with a proven knowledge of MEDDPICC.
- Strong competency in using social media and professional networks to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Very fluent in English, both written and spoken.
