Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development – Develop and deliver a strategy to land new customers with a mutual vision for expansion driving predictable YoY growth for Flowable Group. Develop and systematically manage the sales pipeline covering the EMEA & APAC regions, accurately forecasting for the forthcoming months & quarters in supporting a predictable and repeatable growth.
- Deal Management - Support your team to navigate complex enterprise deals throughout the entire sales cycle from initial engagement, RFP & creating compelling value propositions to negotiations, pricing decisions and effective closing strategies.
- Team leadership – Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing sales team by encouraging a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with your peers in marketing, product, customer success and finance to lead and/or support different strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Do you have excellent leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build strong business partnerships? Do you excel with business planning, identifying roadblocks and developing appropriate solutions?
If this sounds like you, then consider the following requirements:
- At least 5 years leadership experience leading teams in international enterprise sales.
- Leverage an extensive network to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Multiple proof points of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining sales professionals that make-up a high performing enterprise sales organization.
- Demonstrable progressive and consistent overachievements of managing a team of 5-10 people under quota selling to enterprise customers.
- Experience in software sales with a platform product.
- Low-code, BPM and/or automation software would be a plus.
- Highly professional persona and polished demeanor. Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive-level presentations.
- Ability to travel when needed within Europe.
- Excellent English & German is essential. Additional languages would be beneficial.
