Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and successful Sales Manager to lead high-value deals with large enterprise customers in Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing end-to-end sales processes, building relationships with C-Level executives, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Supermicro's presence in the Swiss market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in Switzerland.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Provide sales training and coaching to ensure sales teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Native or professional fluency in English and German, with additional European languages a plus.
