Ambitious Marketing Professional – ZHDK Zürich

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of a dynamic and empowered brand ambassador program that focuses on driving the brand image and product understanding on campus and in your region. The goal is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand at your campus.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:
- Becoming a brand and product expert by living and breathing the Red Bull personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
- Growing the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time - competently answering any questions from consumers.
- Building and executing a tailored and innovative campus plan which engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
- Creating a strong network by establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals.
- Driving the brand engagement on your Social Media handles via authentic content. You will also work at Red Bull events and supported events to help ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
You will collaborate with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets. You will also leverage relevant assets from the world of Red Bull to keep it top of mind in sales accounts. Your goal will be to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond.
Executional ExcellenceYou will deliver executional excellence and show love for the details in all areas of your role. You will share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interaction. Your tasks will include planning and reporting your activities via a dedicated online platform in a timely manner and with accuracy.
Qualifications and RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A passion for the Red Bull brand and product.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
- An immersed understanding of student life, the collegiate landscape, city & region, including behind-the-scenes activities & hot-spots.
- A high level of approachability and social skills to relate to different people on many occasions.
- A creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
- The ability to manage part-time work & studies and ideally be available to work some evenings and weekends.
- An affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.
- A connection with a diverse range of influential groups and individuals on campus.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
