Business Process Optimization Specialist

Your Daily Contribution:

  • Identify, develop and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency in the field of Engineering.
  • Coordinate with departments such as IT, Finance, Marketing, etc. to maintain, review, simplify and ensure quality assurance of business processes.
  • Develop and optimize workflows aligned with legal requirements, regulatory standards, corporate governance and best practice frameworks.
  • Create and maintain process documents, workflows, charts, instructions, training materials and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, gather business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, document and execute training content on existing, new or changed processes and their execution in ERP systems.
  • Support multiple business analysis projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to validate data accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in business process analysis.

About You:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis in the field of Engineering.
  • Operational responsibility in Engineering, e.g. department head or team lead, is a strong plus.
  • Experience in ERP implementation programs, e.g. process manager, power user or leading role, is preferred.
  • Strong professional experience and proven track record in process documentation, standardization, globalization and rollout into organizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
