Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with organizational goals and drives business growth.
- Establish and maintain robust data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
- Lead a virtual team of data professionals, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the implementation of cutting-edge data architectures and technologies to meet evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to enhance business processes, products, and services.
- Ensure effective data management and integration across different systems and platforms.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in data management to recommend strategic investments.
- Advocate for data literacy and awareness throughout the organization, facilitating training and communication initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with IT and other departments to align data initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of data management and utilization efforts.
Your Profile:
- Proven track record as a senior leader in data management with a history of successfully implementing robust data strategies.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field such as data science, information management, or business analytics.
- Deep understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving common objectives.
- Proficiency in data technologies, architectures, and tools with a keen eye for innovation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align data initiatives with overarching business goals.
