We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Global IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to users, resolving helpdesk requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- IT Support Level 1 & 2: Manage and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 IT support issues, escalating to Level 3 when necessary.
- Cloud Management: Manage and administer Azure and O365 platforms to ensure seamless operation.
- Hardware and Software Support: Diagnose and resolve issues related to printers, videoconferencing devices (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.), and other IT equipment.
- User Assistance: Offer guidance and support to users in effectively utilizing IT equipment and software.
- IT Activity Recording: Record all IT support activities and resolutions in our company's IT helpdesk system.
- Collaboration with Global IT Team: Work closely with the Global IT team to implement IT projects and enhancements across the organization.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT Admin or IT support role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of O365 and Azure administration, proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues, and knowledgeable about system security.
- Soft Skills: Customer-focused approach, strong communication skills, and fluency in French and very good level of English.
