Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk and L1 Deskside Support Technician to join our team at Indosuez Wealth Management. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming IT production issues and requests, creating tickets as needed and resolving or assigning them to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with Senior Support groups to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Involve Major Incident Management Team when suspecting severe issues.
  • Effectively manage team queues, prioritizing tickets for timely resolutions.
  • Install, diagnose, maintain, and upgrade organizational hardware and equipment for optimal performance.
  • Liaise with third-party support and vendors as needed.
  • Manage IT equipment stock levels and inventory.
  • Complete daily/weekly tasks as required.
  • Document fixes to capture knowledge and contribute to Knowledge Management.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT equipment and software.
