Job Title: Deskside Technician

At Stefanini, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deskside Technician to join our team. As a Deskside Technician, you will be responsible for providing face-to-face IT support to users, installing and configuring hardware and software, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users, including hardware installation, movement, and de-installation.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to personal hardware, software, and systems.
  • Test and implement system and application changes in a MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment.
  • Manage small projects related to new hardware or software installations.
  • Install software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization.
  • General end-user technology knowledge.
  • End-user workspace platforms, including discovery, asset management, and client management.
  • End-user Microsoft platforms, including Active Directory, Office, and SCCM.
  • ITSM tool set, preferably.
  • Soft skills, including planning, organizing, attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, flexibility, and customer sensitivity.
  • Excellent French and English language skills, written and spoken.
