Job Summary

Indosuez Wealth Management is seeking a skilled Service Desk and L1 Deskside Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming IT production issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create tickets for new issues and resolve or escalate existing ones, ensuring that all requests are properly documented and tracked.
  • Provide first-level support for a wide range of technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Collaborate with senior support teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Major Incident Management Team to identify and resolve severe technical issues that impact business operations.
  • Effectively manage ticket queues, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Install, diagnose, maintain, and upgrade organizational hardware and equipment to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers to resolve technical issues and procure new equipment as needed.
  • Manage inventory levels and stock of IT equipment to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Perform daily and weekly tasks as required to maintain a high level of service delivery.
  • Document fixes and contribute to knowledge management to ensure that technical information is captured and shared across the team.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
