Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Aesthetic Medicine Specialist to join our team at Clinique Matignon Suisse SA. As an Aesthetic Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and promoting the Clinique Matignon brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and Patient Care: Greet and welcome patients, provide information and answer questions, and ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.
  • Treatment and Consultations: Conduct consultations and perform treatments in accordance with best practice procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Cross-Selling and Sales: Proactively promote and sell Clinique Matignon treatments, cosmetics, and clinic services to patients, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and best practices, and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Beautician or previous experience working with equipment.
  • Language Skills: English and French essential; German a major asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in aesthetic medicine or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for aesthetic medicine.
