**Contexte**:
The Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois (CHUV) is one of Switzerland's five university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and the EPFL, the CHUV plays a leading role in the fields of medical care, medical research and education.

The Centre interdisciplinaire de Maladies Osseuses (CiMO) at the CHUV is part of the Rheumatology Unit of the Department of the Musculoskeletal System. It enjoys an excellent national and international reputation. The CiMO offers expertise in general internal medicine, endocrinology, rheumatology, and imaging to treat metabolic bone diseases, with more than 3,000 outpatient consultations, 550 inpatient consultations (fracture pathway) and 5,000 bone densitometry and DXA body composition tests are carried out each year. In addition to consultations for osteoporosis and phospho-calcium metabolism disorders, patients with rare bone diseases are also treated by a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with geneticists, orthopedists, radiologists, and other specialists. The CiMO is part of the SG-BOND (Swiss-Groupment for rare BONe Diseases). It is very active in clinical, translational (laboratory) and digital (clinical prediction, diagnostics, artificial intelligence) research. The CiMO is highly regarded for its good working conditions and collegial, motivating atmosphere.

**Mission**:

- You have a varied clinical activity, with your own consultation for patients with osteoporosis, and rare bone and connective tissue diseases
- You participate to the supervising and training of the CiMO's assistant doctors
- You are involved in developing the multidisciplinary consultation on rare bone and connective tissue diseases
- You are keen to develop research projects in the field of rare diseases, an asset
- You work closely with a team of doctors, nurses, secretaries, and radiology technicians
- Depending on your specialty, you may have your own consultation and take part in the rheumatology department's supervisory rounds.

**Profil**:

- You have an FMH diploma in Rheumatology, Genetics, Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Orthopaedics, or a qualification deemed and recognised as equivalent
- For non-French speakers, you have a good command of spoken and written French (DALF certificate in French C1 required)
- You have experience in the management of metabolic bone diseases/osteoporosis
- You have experience, or specialist training, in rare bone and connective tissue diseases/constitutional bone diseases and would like to develop in this field in particular
- You are self-motivated, committed and want to contribute to a very good working atmosphere and enjoy collegial exchange and teamwork
- You are a good listener, empathetic, friendly, well-organised, able to analyse and summarise, and curious
- You are able to handle stress and take a step back when faced with complex and problematic situations
- You are involved in and contribute to intra
- and interdisciplinary teamwork
- You integrate quickly into new teams and have excellent interpersonal and interpersonal skills.
