About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at P&G.

As a Brand Expression Designer, you will be responsible for crafting excellent design solutions, building concepts, and executing the visual strategy for our brand across consumer touchpoints.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Brand Expression leader, you will develop and implement design solutions that meet the brand's visual identity and messaging objectives.
  • Lead projects by applying design mastery to programs and initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Translate consumer needs, brand identity, contextual imagery, and visual direction into functional, beautiful, targeted brand experiences.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
  • Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
  • Create engaging presentations including design inspiration, research summaries, mood boards, sketches/renderings, pack-cepts.
  • Research and develop a point-of-view on relevant market/design trends, consumer segments, and the competitive landscape to inspire and guide design directions.
  • Participate in design brainstorms, design reviews, and print production meetings.
  • Collaborate across your Design team and multi-functional teams to bring the design strategy to life.
  • Be accountable for excellent execution.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar discipline required.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates design mastery in graphic design and brand identity: creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical mastery.
  • Previous experience in design and execution for CPG brands across multiple media.
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and visual, with the ability to justify your conceptual and directional design choices.
  • Proficient English required - written and oral.
  • Strong collaboration and interdependence skills both within design and multi-functional partners.
  • Outstanding listening skills with a view to understanding and anticipating the needs.
  • Exceptional project management skills, ability to lead multiple initiatives, and handle complexity with confidence.
  • Proven field, outstanding time management skills, ability to set priorities, and be accountable from concept to final design execution with excellence.
  • Software fluency in the latest graphics and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Flexibility in an environment of constant change.
  • Ability to focus externally on trends and the competitive landscape of the business.
  • A keen eye and attention to detail that is critical to win in our categories.
