P&G, a global leader in consumer goods, is seeking an experienced communications professional to join our team in Geneva. As Senior Communications Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for building and protecting the reputation of iconic brands across the Home Care category.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in brand building and communications. The ideal candidate will have experience in issue and crisis management, social media, and storytelling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy effective communication strategies, leveraging new tools and platforms to drive engagement and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content creation and campaign development strategies across various audiences
  • Collaborate with Brand and Media experts, as well as R&D, Regulatory, and Corporate Communications experts to design communication plans
  • Play a pivotal role in Issues & Crisis Management and Citizenship (Community Impact, Diversity & inclusion, Environmental Sustainability) communications

What We Offer

P&G offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include dynamic working environment, flexible working hours, pension, life assurance, health insurance, stock ownership scheme, and regular salary revisions based on performance and potential.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business management/communications related field advantageous but not required
  • Proven experience in Communications/Brand PR/Media, either in-house or at an agency
  • Previous exposure to issue and crisis management
  • Experience in working across Social Media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
