About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our Design team in Geneva to help us elevate the visual identity and packaging of our skin care brands. As a Designer, you will be responsible for envisioning the future of our brands in P&G's Beauty care portfolio, including brands like Old Spice and Olay.
You will work closely with the design, sales, and marketing teams, as well as external partners like design and advertising agencies. Your work will include brand visual identity, packaging, and brand architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Create the brand's visual identity and align it with business leaders.
- Be the brand creative leader for advertising, iconic assets, packaging design, and packaging materials/finishes.
- Create a brand design vision that engages consumers and customers.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Graphic design or similar discipline.
- A portfolio with an emphasis on branded content, visual identities, and packaging that demonstrates creative excellence and storytelling.
- Previous experience working as a design manager or designer for a design or advertising agency.
- Experience working with packaging and printing materials.
- Software fluency in Adobe CS (with emphasis in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience as a brand creative leader or experience working in Beauty/FMCG sectors is a plus.
