About the Role

Procter & Gamble is seeking an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our Design team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for envisioning the future of our brands in the Beauty care portfolio, including Old Spice and Olay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand visual identities that align with business leaders' visions.
  • Lead creative efforts for advertising, iconic assets, packaging design, and packaging materials/finishes.
  • Create engaging brand Design Vision for consumers and customers.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams, as well as external partners, to drive brand success.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Graphic design or similar discipline.
  • Portfolio showcasing branded content, visual identities, and packaging with creative excellence and storytelling.
  • Experience as design manager or designer for a design or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft tools (Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience as brand creative leader or in Beauty/FMCG sectors is a plus.
