Senior Communications Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Communications Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for building and protecting the reputation of our iconic Home Care brands, including Swiffer, Fairy, and Mr. Proper.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to increase brand awareness and credibility across Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Media, R&D, and Corporate Communications, to design and deploy effective communications plans.
- Manage and execute content creation and campaign development for various audiences, including social media and digital platforms.
- Play a pivotal role in issues and crisis management, as well as citizenship communications, including community impact, diversity and inclusion, and environmental sustainability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a business management or communications-related field.
- Proven experience in communications, brand PR, or media, either in-house or at an agency.
- Previous exposure to issue and crisis management.
- Experience in working across social media platforms and creating message tracks for different target groups and platforms.
- Ability to work in a multifunctional team and international environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
