Senior Media and Communications Transformation Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our media and communications transformation efforts in Europe. As a Senior Media and Communications Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive media strategy that drives business growth and enhances our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a media strategy that aligns with our business objectives and reaches our target audience effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital creative that resonates with our consumers.
- Work with local markets to optimize our advertising budget and ensure it is invested in the right channels to reach our target audience.
- Lead the development of PR and communications campaigns that build awareness for our brand superiority and elevate our brand image across earned and owned media.
- Craft year-round social media and influencer/PR strategies to support brand activities like product launches, ensuring they are coordinated into paid and organic search strategies and implemented across online and offline platforms.
- Develop a robust media learning plan by form, in collaboration with regional analytics and insights teams.
- Proven experience in media and communications transformation, with a strong track record of delivering measurable business results.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and influence across, up, and down.
- Experience leading multifunctional teams and agency partners, with a deep understanding of digital strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaborative, and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- University degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, with English proficiency.
