Communications Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Communications Manager to join our team in Europe, supporting the Home Care category behind iconic brands like Swiffer, Fairy, and Mr. Proper. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for building and protecting the reputation of our portfolio, increasing brand awareness, and driving education on sustainable innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to build credibility and relevance for our brands across Europe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Media, R&D, Regulatory, and Corporate Communications, to design and deploy effective communications plans.
- Lead content creation and campaign development for various audiences, leveraging new tools and platforms in the Social Media & Digital environment.
- Play a pivotal role in Issues & Crisis Management and Citizenship (Community Impact, Diversity & inclusion, Environmental Sustainability) communications.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in a business management or communications-related field.
- Proven experience in Communications/Brand PR/Media, either in-house or at an agency.
- Previous exposure to issue and crisis management.
- Experience in working across Social Media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work in multifunctional teams and in an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
