About Chain IQ

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for complex, high-spend categories, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business value.
- Lead tender initiatives and contract negotiations, utilizing e-sourcing tools to ensure seamless project execution.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, managing a broad role in a dynamic environment for multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate commercial, operational, and legal aspects with cross-functional teams to drive global procurement strategies.
- Support key stakeholders throughout the sourcing lifecycle, including sourcing, RFI, RFP, evaluation, contracting, onboarding, and supplier management.
- Collaborate on special projects in interdisciplinary teams, driving innovation and process improvements.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in indirect procurement of Professional Services in an international environment or sales/BD at a global Professional Services firm.
- Expertise in reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts with vendors, with a deep understanding of professional services contracts and risk management.
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professionalism in communications with all levels of client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to leverage procurement and financial data to drive process efficiencies and cost savings.
- Proactive, flexible, and client-focused personality with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
