About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Geneva. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional design solutions, building concepts, and executing the visual strategy for our brand across consumer touchpoints.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute design strategies that drive business results and elevate our brand.
  • Lead projects from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring design ideas to life.
  • Translate consumer needs, brand identity, and visual direction into functional and beautiful brand experiences.
  • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines and directives across all touchpoints.
  • Communicate and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on market trends, consumer segments, and competitive landscapes to inform design directions.
  • Participate in design brainstorms, reviews, and meetings to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design mastery, creativity, and technical skills.
  • Previous experience in design and execution for CPG brands across multiple media channels.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and visual skills to justify design decisions.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills.
