Retail Leadership Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive retail excellence by executing exceptional sales and service performance, ensuring the execution and reinforcement of sales strategy, and reinforcing business needs and KPIs.
  • Execute operational excellence by ensuring quality and quantity of stock, understanding compliance, and leading by example.
  • Foster a team spirit by demonstrating collaboration, trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism, both internally and externally.
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments, ensuring highest levels of in-store luxury experience, and acknowledging and elevating customer issues.
  • Deepen customer relationships by driving lifetime loyalty and spend, cultivating new and existing customer bases, and participating in events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous retail or luxury retail experience or relevant customer-related experience.
  • Experience in people management, sales generation, and achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles based on business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as interpersonal skills using positive leadership models.
  • Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS) systems.
  • Dynamic team player with ability to positively motivate staff and network locally and regionally to build relationships.
  • Awarded gemological certification relevant to the country of work (preferred).
  • Business proficiency in German and English, but more languages will be advantageous.
