Deputy Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Compliance Officer to join our Compliance Department in the Financial Institutions Reviews Team at Swissquote Bank SA.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews of Financial Institutions' files from an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) perspective.
- Perform enhanced due diligence, in-depth clarifications, and draft risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal memos and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Provide support and guidance to the Frontline and management teams on AML/CTF matters.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Laws or Economics.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss banking and financial laws, particularly in AML regulations.
- Excellent analytical and methodological skills.
- Superior writing and communication skills in French and English (additional language proficiency is an asset).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage high workloads, and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with a passion for working in a multicultural, international setting.
