Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Alliance Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing strategic partnerships to drive company growth.
About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee key partnerships, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment between partner objectives and the company's strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the integration of new partners, monitor ongoing partnership performance, and identify opportunities for joint business ventures.
Main Responsibilities
- Partnership Management: Oversee and develop key strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment between partner objectives and those of the company.
- Synergy Development: Develop action plans to maximize synergies and mutual benefits within existing alliances.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with partners, ensure smooth and proactive communication, and swiftly resolve any potential issues.
- Contract Implementation: Ensure the implementation of contractual agreements while ensuring compliance with the obligations of both the company and its partners.
Integration and Execution
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure the effective integration of new partners into the company's ecosystem.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects in coordination with partners to ensure goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Market Adaptation: Monitor project progress and adjust alliance strategies based on evolving market and partner needs.
- Development Opportunities: Serve as a liaison between the business development team and partners to identify joint development opportunities.
Performance Monitoring and Partnership Management
- Database Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of current and potential partners.
- Contract Management: Collaborate with legal and financial teams to manage contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations.
- KPI Development: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track partnership development metrics.
- Regular Evaluation: Regularly monitor the results of partnerships in terms of performance and contribution to the company's strategy.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Performance Tracking: Track and evaluate the performance of ongoing partnership initiatives.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Facilitation: Facilitate communication between business development, sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure optimal coordination and synergy.
- Liaison Role: Act as the key liaison between the business development team and external partners, fostering positive relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Science/related field and/or Business, Finance, Economics.
- Experience: Proven experience (5 years minimum) in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French; proficiency in an additional language is an asset.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a similar role.

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits, bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
