Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-complexity, revenue-generating custom services solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
- Translate client IT requirements into specific systems, applications, and process designs for custom technical solutions and proposals.
- Balance sales and delivery needs to design solutions that meet or exceed service delivery requirements.
- Work with internal teams to create win solution strategies and tailored value propositions for customers.
- Compose technical solution documents, orchestrate the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work and SLA documentation, and ensure delivery and risk assessments.
- Participate in the construction of optimized commercial models that align with custom solution proposals.
- Lead approvals and review discussions to ensure associated workflow, documentation, and deliverables are met.
- At least 10 years of prior experience in Pre-Sales, design, and solutions roles in a global organization.
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Conversational German in oral and written communication.
- Excellent customer handling skills.
- Committed to keeping customer timelines and ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Hands-on to execute tasks at hand without support.
- Self-driven with strong people coordination/management skills.
- Flexible to adapt to any situation in a bid process driven by customer success.
- Understanding of public and private cloud solutions and technologies.
- Understanding of Workplace solutions like O365, Service Desk, Service Management.
- Understanding of Next-Gen solutions leveraging technology like Digital, Automation, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence.
- Understanding of network and software-defined networking.
- Understanding of security aspects around infrastructure solutions.
