About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced administrative support specialist to provide essential support to our Private Equity Health and Life team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for internal and external meetings, conferences, and calls, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel, booking flights and accommodations, and prepare itineraries and logistics in Outlook.
  • Process expense reports using Concur, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Review, format, and assemble investment documents and investor presentations, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Update internal data and contact information in Outlook and internal databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with event and conference coordination, booking catering and restaurant reservations as needed.
  • Coordinate candidate management with HR Recruitment, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering phones, screening callers, and handling inquiries with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Relevant degree and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
