About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Commercialization Specialist to join our Regional Marketing Commercialization Team in Rolle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for brand portfolio management, brand P&L, regional strategies and priorities, innovation delivery, and ensuring best-in-class execution of programs for our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Profit & Loss (topline and profitability) for assigned segments/platforms.
  • Support Digital activation execution, including Social Media campaigns, working with external agencies, and analyzing results.
  • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to support strategies and decisions.
  • Develop and manage Market Data Reporting, focusing on major KPIs.
  • Prepare data, presentations, and materials for sales meetings with customers.
  • Support brand managers in creating logistic data for new products and approving product artworks.
  • Assist the team with project work as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and ideally another European language.
  • Strong interest in an international career.
  • Mobile to relocate to one of our key locations, such as the UK, Germany, France, or Italy, after the internship.

Job Requirements

  • Full-time job
  • 40 hours per week
  • Office work environment with remote work available once a week
  • Travel requirements: up to 20%
