Technical Account Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for leading all technical aspects of a sales cycle with customers. This includes project management and active participation in Proof of Concepts (POCs) in partnership with internal and customer teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading all technical aspects of a sales cycle with customers
- Project management and active participation in POCs
- Maintaining accurate activity, contact, and account technical information of all customers and prospects
Requirements include 2+ years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer working with enterprise customers, preferably at a vendor. A BSc in computer science or equivalent is also required. Additionally, pre-sales experience in security solutions, including firewalls, security proxies, and endpoint protection, is essential.
The role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate complex problems, as well as the ability to work independently and organize yourself effectively. Strong presentation skills towards both technical and non-technical audiences are also necessary.
