En tant que Key Account Manager au sein de notre société spécialisée en consulting en cybersécurité et IT, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre activité en Suisse romande. Vous serez responsable de la gestion et du développement de votre portefeuille clients ainsi que du suivi des projets de nos consultants.

Vos missions principales :

Développement commercial :

  • Identifier, prospecter et développer de nouveaux clients en Suisse romande.
  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients existants, en assurant leur satisfaction et leur fidélisation.
  • Participer à des événements locaux pour promouvoir l'entreprise et identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Négocier et rédiger des contrats clients, en veillant à l'atteinte des objectifs financiers.

Gestion des projets et relation clients :

  • Être le principal point de contact des clients, comprendre leurs besoins et les accompagner dans leurs projets.
  • Suivre la bonne exécution des projets confiés à nos consultants, en veillant à leur qualité et au respect des délais.
  • Réaliser des points réguliers avec les clients pour garantir leur satisfaction et anticiper leurs besoins futurs.
  • S'assurer de la cohérence entre les attentes des clients et les livrables des consultants.

Pilotage et gestion de l'activité :

  • Suivre les objectifs commerciaux fixés (CA, marge, etc.).
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction sur les activités commerciales et opérationnelles.
  • Collaborer efficacement avec les équipes techniques pour assurer le bon déroulement des projets et garantir la satisfaction des clients.

Profil recherché :

Formation et expérience :

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire (business manager, account manager ou poste commercial).
  • Bonnes connaissances du secteur IT et cybersécurité, ainsi que du marché en Suisse romande un plus, avoir a minima une forte appétence pour le domaine
  • Expérience en cabinet de consulting ou ESN est un atout.
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et de négociation.
  • Forte appétence commerciale et goût du challenge.
  • Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Maîtrise du français (langue maternelle) et un bon niveau d'anglais.
