On Trade Sales Manager Switzerland

The purpose of this role is to lead the Horeca/Gastronomy team and report directly to the Country Manager Austria & Switzerland.

About You:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Swiss On Trade strategy, negotiating with wholesalers, and driving distribution growth through all relevant channels. Your expertise will enable you to monitor performance, set targets, and initiate additional activities to ensure budgeted results are delivered.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Swiss On Trade strategy.
  • Negotiate with existing wholesalers and extend our network.
  • Set up and ensure annual promo planning.
  • Ensure listing of new SKUs.
  • Track performance versus plan and initiate additional activities to deliver budgeted results.
  • Discuss campaigns or joint marketing initiatives to increase performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration/Economics.
  • At least 3+ years of Horeca/commercial experience preferably within FMCG sales.
  • Mandatory languages: German, French, and English.
  • Experience in leading your own team.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel).
